"Life of Pi" is a book cover redesign that explores the story in a more symbolic and artistic way. The goal was to show the feeling of the journey, mysterious and emotional.

The background might look like water, but it’s actually made up of fish, creating an illusion of movement and depth. The boat is shaped like a tiger, using patterns to blend both the character and the idea of survival.

This project began with the goal of expressing more than just the events of Life of Pi—I wanted to capture how the story feels. I focused on themes like belief, illusion, and the balance between fear and hope. The art style combines elements of Minimal and Symbolism creating a unique look that’s meant to make people pause and take a closer look.
